xsign were appointed by creative signage agency f.r.a. to manufacture and install the internal and external signage scheme for end client, Cortland Build, at Colliers Yard.

Cortland at Colliers Yard is a stunning, high-end, luxury residential apartment building in Manchester, featuring beautifully landscaped terraces and courtyard, golf simulator room, fitness centre with yoga and spin studios.

f.r.a. led the creative design process, creating a stunning visual scheme and our manufacture and installation ensures the visual concept is realised. The signage beautifully complements the outstanding architecture throughout the shared living spaces. We’ve used a stunning mix of brass and aluminium signage to provide a scheme befitting of the environment.
