4 Wellington Place

xsign provided an internal and external signage package at 4 Wellington Place in Leeds – a high quality office building in the centre of the city. Internally, we have provided bespoke stainless steel lettering, built up numerals in the lift lobby area, cut graphics in the stairwell and stainless steel pictograms for the key facilities. Externally, we have manufactured bespoke, illuminated projecting signs that provide branding for the building. The illuminated projecting signs externally were engineered to perform within the design codes of the wider Wellington Place estate, which sets a high bar for the quality and consistency of building identification across the development. Internally, the decision to use bespoke stainless steel throughout rather than off-the-shelf alternatives reflects the expectations of the building’s occupiers and ensures the signage scheme remains an asset to the building rather than something that dates as the fit-out around it evolves.
