Newark Orchard School
xsign were specified by contractor Wilmott Dixon to provide a suite of internal and external signs at Newark Orchard School in Nottinghamshire.
The signage comprised of internal wayfinding using our Talky product and external cut lettering and totem signs.
Internally, we have provided Makaton signs with Talky to aid with wayfinding and navigation. Press the button and the sign informs you which room you are at. We also provided iconography for the toilets and facilities, using 4mm frosted lucite and braille 3D print.
Externally, we’ve manufactured built-up brushed stainless steel lettering to display above the school entrance and bespoke aluminium directional signs at the front gate.
