xsign provided an internal and external signage package at Crocus Medical Practice in Saffron Walden, Suffolk. The internal signage package comprises cut letters, our patented Jigsaw system and a range of iconography and wayfinding features. The external signage includes built up letters on entrance to the building, utilising automotive grade paint to ensure a long-lasting finish. The use of automotive grade paint on the external built-up letters reflects a specification approach that prioritises long-term performance over short-term cost. In a semi-rural location, external signage is exposed to a wide range of weather conditions year-round, and automotive grade finishes offer materially better resistance to UV degradation and moisture than standard powder coat, maintaining their appearance over the full lifecycle of the building without requiring early remediation.
