Cortland Broad Street

xsign were appointed by creative signage agency f.r.a. to manufacture and install the internal and external signage scheme at Cortland Broad Street – a luxury residential development in the heart of Birmingham.

The external scheme features a rimless logo and letters with 400mm returns above the entrance to the building with mechanical fixings, an illuminated projecting sign with 5mm thick bonded letters, and a wall-mounted aluminium tray sign with fret cut details and a satin finish.

The internal signage featured includes halo illuminated letters with 30mm deep aluminium returns and warm white faces. We have also manufactured a broad range of 6mm thick toughened chamfered glass signage with UV direct print on the back and 3mm back spacers, used to provide wayfinding in communal areas and to key facilities.
