The Condor

xsign were appointed by creative signage agency f.r.a. to manufacture and install a signage and wayfinding scheme at The Condor, a luxury residential apartment block in Derby city centre – perfectly located to local amenities and a thriving city culture.

The Condor is a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with excellent facilities including a resident’s lounge, gym, co-working spaces, private dining room and roof terrace.

f.r.a. led the creative process and the brief for xsign was to provide a luxury scheme, befitting of the architecture. We’ve provided feature signage including rimless illuminated built up letters, a 3mm clear carrier mechanically fixed to metal rails in the reception, and hand-polished Metallix interior signage throughout.
