Hotel Latour
xsign provided an internal signage package at Hotel Latour – a plush new hotel in Milton Keynes. In the hotel reception area we have provided a 2mm thick brushed brass logo with beaded edge detail. Positioned at the premium end of the market and designed to attract both corporate and leisure guests, the signage in a hotel of this calibre must function as part of the interior design rather than sitting alongside it. Every material choice, finish and fixing detail is visible to guests and contributes to their overall impression.
Brushed brass was specified throughout as the primary material, chosen for its warmth, its association with quality hospitality environments, and its ability to carry fine typographic detail across reception, lift lobbies and bedroom door numbers with equal elegance.
We have also provided 2mm thick brushed brass lettering for the Fourteenth floor Skybar lift lobby. The lift lobbies feature 3mm thick frosted lucite directory panels supplied on our patented Jigsaw signage system, with direct digital print applied.
