xsign worked with creative agency f.r.a. and contractor, Renaker to manufacture and install the external and internal signage package for Bankside at Colliers Yard, Manchester. The development is part of the wider Colliers Yard masterplan, bringing high-quality residential apartments, amenities, and public realm together in a landmark riverside location.

The external signage scheme features precision-built aluminium wayfinding totems, projecting finger-posts, and face-illuminated built-up lettering, designed to complement the architectural materials of the tower and surrounding landscape. Internally, xsign supplied a comprehensive range of wayfinding, amenity, and apartment signage, all reflecting the palette and premium aesthetic of the development.
