The Job Role
- As a Project Administrator, you will support a team of Project & Account Managers with a variety of responsibilities to ensure that projects are managed with a premium service level, smoothly and efficiently for the benefit of both the customer and the business
- This will include the initial set up of projects right through to completion and after sales care
- You will need to liaise with architects, main contractors, construction sites, installers and other external parties
- Document control for larger projects
- Collate, draw up and issue site surveys
- Monitor and manage Design and Project Manager E-mails
- Installer and sub-contractor support
- Maintaining consistent customer communication
- Creating project schedules
- Proactively supporting Project Managers/site personnel
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of suppliers
- Maintaining labour schedules for fitters/installers
- Installer and sub-contractor support
- Liaising with multiple departments and bodies to ensure projects run to schedule
- Ordering materials for projects and creating project schedules
- You will be working from our office in Brackley, Northamptonshire
- This is a full-time permanent position
The Person
- The successful Project Administrator will ideally have similar experience
- Strong administration skills to maintain consistent and high quality product listings
- Degree or equivalent is desired but not essential
- Signage experience is also desired but not essential
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate
- PC literate, including Excel, as well as a quick learner, as the role will require the use of a number of different internal systems
- You need to be a flexible team player who’s willing to get stuck in and help out whenever needed
- Enthusiastic and a desire to learn are essential
- Live within a commutable distance to the Brackley, Northamptonshire office
